How the RRP Scoring System Works

We developed RINOScorus™ to provide a transparent, real-time evaluation of politicians’ alignment with the America First agenda. The scoring formula—built in-house by RRP analysts—is designed to punish betrayal and reward boldness.

RINOScorus™ Includes Proprietary Weighting Based On:

Bill Significance: Not all votes are equal. Key legislation (border security, spending, censorship, foreign entanglements) is weighted more heavily.
Time Decay: Recent actions are more relevant than older ones. This ensures the score reflects current behavior, not outdated records.
Abstention Handling: Lawmakers who repeatedly skip key votes or hide behind abstentions are penalized. Silence is complicity.
Cross-Party Comparison: Scores are adjusted for context. A GOP member voting like a Democrat doesn’t get a pass because “everyone did it.”

The result? A score that accurately reflects whether a politician is loyal to the base—or loyal to the swamp.
