Job Title: State Chapter Lead (SCL)
Organization: RRP West Virginia

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated State Chapter Lead (SCL) to drive the RRP’s mission in West Virginia. This role combines strategic oversight of ground game operations, targeted marketing efforts, and fundraising initiatives to advance authentic conservative leadership and the America First movement. The ideal candidate brings expertise in Republican politics, a robust network of contacts, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Ground Game Operations (50%)

• Oversee all state-level ground game activities, including call campaigns, coordination with third-party vendors, and management of local RRP-affiliated volunteers.
• Recruit and mobilize local talent to enhance oversight of SCL territories.
• Lead on-the-ground campaigns as directed by RRP corporate leadership, with the autonomy to identify operational gaps and propose performance-enhancing solutions.

Marketing (35%)

• Collaborate with the CEO/President and RRP leadership to develop and execute a dynamic, state-specific marketing strategy.
• Leverage RRP-provided tools and resources to tailor marketing efforts to state and district needs.
• Provide actionable feedback to optimize the RRP marketing team’s effectiveness.

Fundraising (15%)

• Partner with the RRP fundraising department and corporate leadership to spearhead grassroots campaigns that bolster the RRP Support Us Program.
• Utilize deep knowledge of Republican politics and an established network of contacts to secure funding and expand financial support.

Additional Duties:

• Work closely with RRP Corporate to establish a C Corp/PAC in West Virginia as part of our operational framework.

• Proven experience in Republican politics with a strong understanding of grassroots operations.
• Extensive network of contacts within political and fundraising circles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strategic autonomy and a results-driven mindset.
• Commitment to advancing the America First movement and conservative principles.
