North Carolina State Chapter | RINO Removal Project

The North Carolina State Chapter of the RINO Removal Project is a grassroots movement committed to rooting out Republicans In Name Only (RINOs) who betray the conservative principles that Tar Heel voters cherish. In a state that strongly backs the America First agenda, too many so-called “Republicans” in Raleigh have turned their backs on their base, prioritizing power, compromise, and establishment interests over the will of the people. We’re rallying patriots across North Carolina to fight back—county by county, race by race.

The RINO Problem in North Carolina: Betraying the Base

North Carolina’s freedom-loving voters are being let down by RINOs in our state legislature who campaign as conservatives but govern as moderates, or worse. From supporting bloated budgets to weakening stances on election integrity and Second Amendment rights, these lawmakers align with the uniparty, stalling bold reforms and protecting their own influence.

Among the most egregious offenders are:

Thom Tillis (U.S. Senator): Criticized for his 28% RINOScorus score, 39% Heritage Foundation score in the 118th Congress and for voting with Democrats on issues like gun control (Bipartisan Safer Communities Act) and immigration reform.
Kathy Manning (NC-06): Often called out for moderate voting patterns that clash with North Carolina’s conservative values.
Patrick McHenry (NC-10): Accused of prioritizing corporate interests over America First policies.
Virginia Foxx (NC-05): Faces scrutiny for inconsistent support of populist conservative priorities.

These individuals, among others, dilute the America First agenda, undermine conservative legislation, and align with establishment forces to block meaningful change in Raleigh and Washington.

RRP North Carolina: Mobilizing for Accountability

The RRP North Carolina Chapter is hitting the ground running to hold RINOs accountable. We are:

Educating voters through the America First Academy, exposing RINO voting records.
Tracking votes with tools like the RINOScorus scorecard to highlight betrayals.
Recruiting challengers who truly represent North Carolina’s conservative heart.
Mobilizing conservatives to dominate primaries and replace RINOs with America First leaders.
Building coalitions with liberty-minded groups across the state, from the mountains to the coast.

What we’re looking for:

Job Title: State Surveillance Coordinator
Organization: RRP States / RRP Needs (2) in North Carolina

Volunteer listing: **Volunteer Position: State Legislative Surveillance Volunteer**

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated State Legislative Surveillance Volunteers to operate individually in their state under the guidance of our State Surveillance Coordinator in monitoring and reporting on their state-level legislative activities. This volunteer role is critical in tracking legislative proceedings, identifying key bills, committees, and agendas, and working within the RINO Removal network to amplify conservative state-level content across social media platforms. Volunteers will collect, analyze, and distribute impactful legislative content to support RINO Removal efforts and promote transparency in state governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor state legislative proceedings, including daily agendas, bills, and committee activities, through broadcasted events and official resources.
Recording and editing legislative content for social media distribution.
Collaborate with the State Surveillance Coordinator to identify and share unique insights on state legislative developments.
Be the autonomous creator and first point of dissemination of conservative-focused content to highlight key state happenings and engage grassroots audiences.
Potentially work closely with current conservative state legislators to align efforts and amplify their initiatives.
Relay vetted content to RINO Removal personnel for strategic outreach and public awareness campaigns.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in state politics, legislative processes, and conservative principles.
Excellent research and analytical skills to track and summarize legislative activities.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation (experience with video editing tools is a plus).
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team within your state.
Daily availability for watching proceedings during your state’s session, wield sound judgment on the level of importance of individual bills/proceedings and what to focus time or energy on.

Time Commitment:

Flexible, depending on the number of volunteers in your state, and on the daily session timed events.

Location:

Remote, with potential for in-person attendance at state legislative events (if local).
