North Carolina’s freedom-loving voters are being let down by RINOs in our state legislature who campaign as conservatives but govern as moderates, or worse. From supporting bloated budgets to weakening stances on election integrity and Second Amendment rights, these lawmakers align with the uniparty, stalling bold reforms and protecting their own influence.

Among the most egregious offenders are:

• Thom Tillis (U.S. Senator): Criticized for his 28% RINOScorus score, 39% Heritage Foundation score in the 118th Congress and for voting with Democrats on issues like gun control (Bipartisan Safer Communities Act) and immigration reform.
• Kathy Manning (NC-06): Often called out for moderate voting patterns that clash with North Carolina’s conservative values.
• Patrick McHenry (NC-10): Accused of prioritizing corporate interests over America First policies.
• Virginia Foxx (NC-05): Faces scrutiny for inconsistent support of populist conservative priorities.

These individuals, among others, dilute the America First agenda, undermine conservative legislation, and align with establishment forces to block meaningful change in Raleigh and Washington.
